Bradley S. Basham, O.D.
Bradley S. Basham, O.D. Dr. Basham obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology from Indiana University at South Bend. He earned his Doctor of Optometry Degree from Indiana University of Optometry in Bloomington, where he was selected for the prestigious Beta Sigma Optometric Honor Society. He has completed clinical externships at Indiana University Illinois Street Clinic, Indianapolis, Indiana; Quantico Naval Medical Clinic, Quantico, Virginia; Cleveland Veterans Administration Medical Center, Cleveland, Ohio; Indiana University Student Health Services Clinic and the Atwater Clinic in Bloomington, Indiana. Before joining Fort Wayne Family Eyecare, Dr. Basham served on the staff of Lakeland Medical Associates in Woodruff, Wisconsin. He has served as Assistant Instructor in Developmental Biology at Indiana University at South Bend and as Assistant Instructor in Clinical Procedures at Indiana University School of Optometry. Dr. Basham is a past Contributing Examiner for the International Association of Boards of Examiners in Optometry. Professional Affiliations Dr. Basham is a member of the American Optometric Association, Indiana Optometric Association and Northeast Indiana Optometric Association. Mark A. Ingle, O.D.
Mark A Ingle, O.D. Dr. Ingle is one of the most respected contact lens practitioners in the Tri-State region. He earned his Bachelor and Doctor of Optometry degrees from Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana. He is board certified and has been in family practice since 1972. He has extensive experience and specializes in contact lenses and family practice. Dr. Ingle has been a Clinical Investigator for major contact lens manufacturers. Professional Affiliations Dr. Ingle is a member of the Contact Lens Section of the American Optometric Association, Indiana Optometric Association, and Northeast Indiana Optometric Association. Dr. Ingle regularly volunteers with Vision USA and other charitable organizations.
Patrice C. Ellingson, O.D.
Patrice C Ellingson, O.D. Dr. Ellingson obtained her Bachelor of Optometry from Indiana University in Bloomington. She earned her Doctor of Optometry degree from the Indiana University School of Optometry in Bloomington, where she was elected into the prestigious Alpha Lambda Delta Honor Societies. Dr. Ellingson has completed clinical externships at Indiana Walker Eyeclinic, Indianapolis, Indiana; Quantinco Naval Medical Clinic, Quantico, Virginia; Fort Wayne Veterans Administration Medical Center, Fort Wayne, Indiana; and the Atwater Clinic in Bloomington, Indiana. Before joining Fort Wayne Family Eyecare, Dr. Ellingson served on the staff of Caylor Nickel Medical Center, Bluffton, Indiana. She has served as Assistant Instructor in General Pathology and as Assistant Instructor in Diagnostic and Clinical Procedures at Indiana University School of Optometry. She has lectured at several Optometric Technician Programs. Professional Affiliatons Dr. Ellingson is a member of the American Optometric Association, Indiana Optometric Association and Northeast Indiana Optometric Association. She is a past member of the Indiana University Optometry Alumni Board. Dr. Ellingson is also a life member of VOSH (volunteer optometric services to humanity). She has made vision mission trips to Honduras.
